Online returns are permitted with a 15% restocking fee. Item must be returned (postmarked) within within 7 days of receiving.
If you have purchased a Bloom Bazaar piece through a retailer, please contact the store for returns/exchanges. Returns will vary according to store policies.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Custom/specialty pieces can take 4-6 weeks to ship. Please email us if you have any inquiries.
LOST PACKAGES AND SHIPPING ISSUES
Please purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot reimburse/replace items that have been lost during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty please notify email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item so we can address the issue with a return, exchange or repair.
